Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the dg411 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at dg411.pro (the "Platform"). dg411 is operated as an online entertainment and gaming service targeting adult users in Bangladesh. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must be registering and using the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate or syndicate accounts are not permitted without prior written approval from dg411.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with dg411 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration or use. If you have previously self-excluded from dg411 and attempt to re-register within the exclusion period, dg411 will close your new account immediately.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of dg411 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors. Such individuals are prohibited from registering player accounts or participating in any promotions.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account with dg411. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud under these Terms. dg411 employs automated duplicate detection systems and reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any associated balances. To register, you must provide a valid mobile number, create a secure password, and complete identity verification when requested.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your dg411 password with any third party. dg411 will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to ask for your password or payment method PIN.
• You must notify dg411 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. dg411 will conduct an investigation and may temporarily restrict account access during this process.
• dg411 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Refusal to complete KYC will result in account restriction or closure.

dg411 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close existing accounts at its sole discretion, including where registration appears to conflict with these Terms, applicable law, or dg411's risk management procedures.

Deposits and Withdrawals

dg411 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladesh-local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major local bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source will be returned to the originating account and the receiving account may be restricted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are shown at the time of transaction. Daily, weekly, and monthly limits may apply and are subject to change.

dg411 is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held in a dg411 account do not accrue interest and are held solely for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. dg411 maintains player funds in accounts separate from company operational funds.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dg411 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for dg411 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be completed within the promotional validity period.
• dg411 bonus credit and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to maximum cashout limits as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Winnings exceeding the maximum cashout will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

dg411 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform is intended solely as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above who can afford to gamble responsibly. dg411 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in their account settings. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out periods — Players may take a break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account cannot be used for wagering or deposits, but existing withdrawals will still be processed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dg411 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud, money laundering, or using the Platform to process the proceeds of any illegal activity. dg411 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and will disclose account information where required by law or court order.

• Colluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event available on the Platform, including match-fixing or spot-fixing in cricket or other sports.
• Attempting to access another player's account, interfering with the Platform's systems or infrastructure, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or security architecture.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a previous account closure or self-exclusion. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be treated as duplicates and may all be suspended simultaneously.

dg411 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected. Decisions made in connection with prohibited conduct are final and are not subject to appeal except where dg411 agrees to review in writing.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dg411 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if dg411 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. dg411's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your dg411 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dg411 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dg411 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional information.

Amendments to These Terms

dg411 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dg411 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account, subject to verification and these Terms.
